TRACI LUTHY
President | TV/Film | Commercials

With more than two decades of experience as an agent, Traci is the biggest fan of the talent she represents, driven by a spirit of collaboration, creativity, and a shared passion for breaking down traditional industry barriers. As an African American woman, Traci’s mission has always been rooted in inclusion, authenticity, and transformative storytelling.

In addition to her work as a talent agent, Traci spent years in advertising, where she managed campaigns for powerhouse brands such as The Home Depot, Burger King, Colgate-Palmolive, and HomeGoods. This foundation in branding and marketing—combined with her lifelong love of the performing arts—continues to inform her innovative and strategic approach to artist representation.

Outside of work, Traci loves being a mom, enjoying spicy food, unwinding to soulful jazz, and indulging in a cold cosmopolitan or a hot stone massage—or both, at the same time.
